At American Bright Works, our capabilities are diverse. We finish and chemically process a broad range of parts and components for the medical industry and other industries with sensitive requirements. Passivation
This final cleaning process for stainless steel is often required after machining operations. American Bright Works uses only semiconductor grade nitric acid
to ensure a uniform surface. Environmental testing is available. Fast service
is a standard.

Electropolish
We electropolish stainless steel (300 and 400 series), nitinol and titanium to provide a specular finish and a clean, passive surface. Burr removal is possible and high tolerances can be held.

Titanium Anodize
This non-dye process produces an eye-catching array of colors. It’s ideal for color-coding components to help differentiate size or other characteristics.

Titanium Polish
This precise and specific chemical polish for titanium easily removes burrs and Electrical Discharge Machine (EDM) recast layers. The finish
is chemically clean and passive.

Chemical Micro Finish
Chemical bright dip is available for stainless steel, titanium, copper and brass. Our finishing process is exacting to remove burrs and machining lines, provide a bright finish and ensure stain and corrosion resistance to the level required.

Gold Plating
We can apply hard gold plating directly on stainless steel and nitinol without
a nickel undercoat. Because our gold bath is free of nickel additives, we’re
able to obtain very pure deposits for an unblemished surface.
